Full-Time Host Policy

Every Monday, we will offer an opportunity for new female hosts to apply for a base salary. To qualify, they must complete at least 480 minutes of work time and work a minimum of 3 days per week. Agencies will receive a 10% commission from the host's base salary. If a host's average call time is below 95 seconds, she will not receive her base salary for that day.

To ensure a high-quality and professional user experience, we are officially updating the Full-time Host Conduct Policy. Please read carefully and comply from today onward.

✅【Mandatory Requirements for Full-Time Hosts】

Effective immediately, all full-time hosts must follow these requirements during working hours:

💄 You must wear makeup on camera and present yourself professionally.

🎥 Your video background must be clean, stable, and well-lit. Avoid messy environments and poor lighting.

🚫 You are not allowed to engage in unrelated activities during work, such as using your phone, being distracted, or appearing idle.

For nude show hosts: You must ensure video quality and perform seriously. Lazy or careless performance will not be tolerated. Make sure you have nude show content on your call

⚠️【Violation & Penalty System】

Second repeated violation                                                                           50% deduction from the day’s salary

Third repeated violation                                                                                   Entire day’s salary will be canceled

Repeated or serious violations (lazy nude show, shaky cam).      Full-time qualification will be revoked

1. Hosts must be at least level 4.

2. The average call time for the past 7 days must exceed 105 seconds.

3. The total private call time in the past 7 days must be at least 150 minutes.

4. Hosts who do not meet the standards will be eliminated. Those who do meet the standards will retain their full-time salary eligibility.

5. By the end of the week, hosts must have an average call time of at least 105 seconds and an answer rate of over 80%. Hosts who fail to meet these goals will be removed.

Full-Time Salary Rates (Based on Call Duration):

40 minutes = $9

60 minutes = $13

90 minutes = $18

130 minutes = $22

180 minutes = $27

240 minutes = $31

To ensure a diverse and engaging user experience, we’ve introduced a new category of full-time hosts: Cosplay Hosts. For Cosplay Hosts, the call answer rate assessment will no longer apply. However, to qualify for this exemption, the following criteria must be met:
