Full-Time Host Policy （Latin、EU、US）

Every Monday, the platform will review host performance and update the full-time host list.

Hosts who meet the qualification requirements will be promoted to Full-Time Hosts and can receive a daily base salary reward based on call duration.

Agencies will receive a 10% commission from the host's base salary.

Full-Time Host Qualification

To qualify as a Full-Time Host, the following requirements must be met within the past 7 days:

• Total private call duration must exceed 150 minutes
• Average call duration must exceed 130 seconds
• Host level must be Level 4 or above

Hosts who meet these requirements will be promoted to Full-Time Hosts.

Full-Time Host Elimination

Full-Time Hosts will be removed if within the past 7 days:

• Average call duration is below 130 seconds
AND
• Total call duration is below 150 minutes

Hosts removed from Full-Time status can reapply once their performance improves.

Full-Time Salary Rates (Daily)

Full-Time Hosts will receive a base salary based on daily private call duration.

The higher the call duration, the higher the earning potential.

🌟 Average Call Duration Bonus

If your daily average call duration reaches 180 seconds or above, you will receive an extra 10% bonus on your daily full-time salary. answer rate >80%

Example:

* Daily Salary: $18

* Daily Average Call Duration: 180 seconds or above

* Final Salary: $19.8 (+10% Quality Bonus)

Daily Call Ranking Bonus

To encourage active hosts, the platform will also provide daily ranking rewards.

Rewards are based on daily total call duration.

Host Conduct Requirements

All full-time hosts must maintain a professional and engaging experience for users.

Requirements:

• Hosts must wear makeup and present themselves professionally on camera
• Video background must be clean, stable, and well-lit
• No unrelated activities during working hours
• Hosts must actively interact with users and maintain good call quality
